That was nice little and absolutely great hotel set in downtown area, close enough to Montesano for the cost and convenience off the highway, gas station convenience store and restaurant and gas station. The location was marvellous in a busy area, close to downtown Montesano, WA and a convenient store. The staff were kind and courteous too. Greatly enjoyed our room that was did n't get cleaned no shampoo or soap and available with soap, the shower.

Despite specifying our late check-in on the reservation, the office was closed and there was no way to check-in, causing a lot of frustration. The website was misleading about the check-in process, leading to confusion and wasted time.
